Harder when fasting at home 😢

You should try evening to morning fast for the weekend. I find it’s easier than daytime fasting.

Friday 20:30 - Saturday 12:30 Saturday 20:00 - Sunday 12:00

That's what's I'm doing currently. Miss bacon and eggs on a Saturday or Sunday morning .

I still have that food when I break my fast. You can have it for lunch. You don’t have to be conventional. Food is good nothing says what you must eat when except society.
