Week one of 20/30/50 challenge. Had to really cull back fatty meats and replace with lean seafood. This plus low fat milk has provided the correct 30% caloric protein to 20% caloric fat mix.

1716 kcal Fat: 39.06g | Prot: 115.20g | Carb: 232.31g.   Breakfast: publix turkey, laughing cow light, thomas' bagel. Lunch: Meatloaf, ketchup, boiled shrimp. Dinner: green giant rice with cheese and brocolli, imitation crab, ketchup heinz. Snacks/Other: quaker rice cakes sour creme onion, publix turkey. more...
