I have decided to embark upon this journey of freedom not only for my children but for ME. I have tried several times over the years to lose weight only to disappoint myself by giving up. This time around I WILL NOT fail, I WILL NOT give up, I WILL NOT allow others to hinder my journey. This is me breaking the cycle of obesity in my family and allowing my children to say mommy did it. I am on a mission for change inwardly and out. I am a mother to 3 boys and 1 girl and they are watching my every move. Success is what I am working toward.
392.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
