struggling with the flu and extreme hip pain shooting down both legs. needless to say did not have a good night. still hanging in though most likely will not be able to work out this week. HAPPY CANADA DAY!
193.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
