Staying the course even though the loss is slow. I think I would rather enjoy my stable blood sugars and have a slower loss, even though it is somewhat disappointing. Also this seems to be helping the Meniere's disease. At least a little anyway. And I have officially gone from a size 24 pants to an 18, and my shirt size is down from a 3X to a 1X or XL. Even my chokers are too big now, lol. I have to restring a couple of them for summer so I can at least enjoy them :) Every thing I put in my mouth is a deliberate choice now. I no longer just eat to eat. That makes me happy. And bonus, in 5 pounds, I will have hit the 30# mark. I never thought I'd get this much weight off me this go round. I am very happy with my success thus far. Anyway, heading out for a job interview :) Happy day everyone~
