It's good to see that planning some calorie/carb rich foods (Pizza from the farmer's market last Sunday and some pasta on Wednesday) didn't prevent me from losing a little weight this week.
It was super hard to relax my way of eating enough to allow that food, but my partner really wanted them and she wouldn't eat it if I wasn't eating it. Honestly those are not the things I'd chose to splurge on myself and neither were that good.Not eating all of everything helps me feel in control in those situations.
PnP goals this week:
Drink my 64 oz of water each day
Don't eat all of 2 out of 3 meals
Get on the exercise bike more
