I feel myself getting increasingly stressed out. Between school, work, bills, and trying to find a workplacement for my course by the beginning of April, I think I'm going to lose my mind. I lost track of what I ate today.

I don't think I did too badly though. It's so hard to try and take care of my self right now--there's so many other things that need my time and attention.

Good luck to everyone else! I hope you're doing much better than I am! :P

I know it can be hard sometimes, but giving priority to taking care of yourself will pay off in the long run because you will have more energy and be better equipt to deal with the stress. Try taking a few minutes before bed to plan what you will eat the next day and, if possible, do some prep work to help make it easier for you to follow that plan. Remember, things have a way of working themselves out with or without our stressing over them! Try to relax a little. Breathe. You are doing fine. Smile. And have a better day!
