Woo Hoo Day 3 87 to go..... I had a great evening....I was alone ( Hubby was in PA) so it was me time....ate dinner, took a much needed relaxing hot bath ( to ease sore muscles ouch!!!)and read my practical virtues book. During that time I had a nice prayer and meditation session, hopped out the bath feeling totally renewed. So cheers to all my fellow smashers and here is the menu for today.

6:35am Grapes, Banana & yogurt 10:00am grapefruit 11:30pm Gym- Elliptical 20 minutes & Club Strength Class 55 minutes whoo!! (It was a great workout) 1:00pm 1/4 cup chicken noodle soup (ate the veggies & broth) small salad with broccoli, peppers, tomatos, mushrooms,onions, a sprinkle of parmesean and a poof bacon bits with italian dresing and samalll bag of goldfish crackers. 6:40pm lentil soup 7:30-8:30pm Run/walk
