C25K W6D1 this morning, and Piyo tonight. I'm sure I burned more calories than I have eaten! Yeah, I had an ice cream cone, but it was just a little one. ;) Anyway, good and sore, hope I feel good enough after coffee in the morning for my run!!

Maybe I will get on the scale on Sunday, since it will have been a week since fitness challenge apt. I don't expect any weight changes anyway. Tuesday will be monthly booty shot day. Hopefully will see results in pics.
