I just read a forum post for my upcoming Challenge where they mentioned Hara Hachi Bu which is an Asian concept of learning to eat until you are only 80% full rather than stuffed. It certainly coincides with mindful eating.

That's kinda what I'm doing now. It works for me and sure beats counting calories and measuring everything!
