Man, oh man, oh man...hope this isn't a fluke. This is the FIRST time I've dropped 2 pounds since the very beginning. Well, it's been 10 days between weigh-ins, too, but still, I'll take it! That makes 17 1/2 lbs total in as many weeks. I hope it's not dehydration. I tried to drink even more water yesterday and think I drank nearly 10 cups. -------------------------------------------------------------later....I SO love this site! I love it when my buddies read my journal and comment and encourage me. It really goes far, guys. ---------------okay, enough of the gushy stuff. I forgot to record what I did, exercise wise, today. Same as yesterday - Cardio Max level 1, followed by Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. I like the body parts that one hits and starting with the cardio seems to up the calorie burn for the work out.
