I need some advice from those who exercise regularly. I’ve started trying to exercise 30 min on the treadmill each morning. The last two mornings didn’t happen, so I exercised in the evening. I’m achy and last night I didn’t sleep well. (4 hours and I’m an 8 hour kinda gal!) I don’t want to stop because I’m achy, but if it messes with my sleep….I’m gonna pick SLEEP! Is it JUST timing, not enough protein or vitamins? What’s your experience? (I posted this in a forum, too.)

I find that if I am not well hydrated my legs are achy/jittery and disrupt my sleep. This was my problem after being on my feet all day at work. But a couple extra glasses of water or herbal tea take care of it.
