Went out for sushi last night which is not bad. However, when I got home I continued to snack even though I was not hungry. I had four peanut butter cups and pita chips with tofu garlic dip. If I had not snacked I would have felt fine about eating out.
Anyway, I am back on track today. Had a good breakfast, walked to work, and am hoping that I will take about a 30-40 minute when I get out of work today.
Tomorrow will be tough because I am going to the beach and the food from the snack bar is not healthy. Maybe I can pack some healthy snacks and just order something light.
Also, I don't think I will have a chance to exercise tomorrow. But I have to remind myself that taking a day off frome exercising is OK.
