Haven't been on here for a few days because been busy with church and just trying to get our kitchen done.
I have noticed with it being so hot lately that I don't want to eat as much as I normally would when it is cooler out. Most mornings I don't eat breakfast until almost 11:00am then maybe something very small for lunch, and a normal dinner. I have been drinking about 3 litters of water a day, and nothing else.
I also found that I need a new scale, the ones that I see in the local Wal-Mart are okay but they give out to fast with my weight. The ones that can go up to 550 are out of my price range. Not to mention when I go to the store and buy all the food I need to eat a healthy life style I have to pay twice as much. It get a little frustrating when you have to pay more to eat healthy than it does to eat junk food.
