Today is day one. I feel ready to lose weight so that I look better in the bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. I have 52 days before the wedding. That's almost 7.5 weeks. I want to weight 125 and be toned for that. I have to lose 8 pounds. I think that is a good goal.
