Almost at the 35lb loss goal. Have had company for the past 2 weeks so it's been a little difficult to stick with it, but I haven't done too badly. May not hit 35lbs by next weigh in but if not then it'll be the following one! Then on to the next 5. Water aerobics is great. I get a good work out and it's easy on the joints. Thinking about doing them 3 times a week instead of just twice. Some of the classes are really hard, but they're all worth it. The new job is great! The company is starting an "Eat right for 90 days" challenge and I'm going to do it. Goal is to reduce by 5% your weight, cholesterol, bmi, or blood pressure. Pretty sure I can do the weight and we'll see how the others do. Official sign up is next week and then it starts on the 16th.
