I did my first weigh in yesterday since I started the program and to my utter surprise, I have already lost 5 pounds!!!!!! I was so happy i nearly burst into tears, to see what i have already accomplished. I am so proud of my self. According to the program, I should be at my goal weight in 4 months. I thought it would be a lot longer. So glad I found this program
