Decided to walk to the bus this morning instead of driving to the train station for work. This will get me another mile of walking today. Hubby is going to pick me up at the train tonight and take me out for dinner. Two date nights this week means extra work to make sure the pounds stay off. Today I am thankful for my wonderful, supporting husband and my two great sons. :)
