Had a horrible day yesterday....restricted calories too much during the day and ended up eating my way through a ton of hummus and crackers at night, didn’t even log all of it because I was already WELL over my limit.
Woke up today feeling it full force...headache, stomach pains, bloated.
Drank lots of water and fasted until hungry. Weight only increased by .5lbs luckily.
I’m still trying to find my balance, and my self control 😢.
