I did p90x today and I actually feel great today. I have a little bounce my step. My next goal is to give up coffee.

Great work! I've reduced my coffee from about 3-4 cups a morning (and a soda in the afternoon) to one 16 oz cup. It's tough. I did day 2 (plyo) last night... man I'm soar.
