I have not been able to diet for the past 2 weeks. I am having a hard time getting back on track. I exercise (spinning and weights) 3 -4 times a week. I hope I do not gain any weight and get back on the atkins. I am going through so many changes in my life lately that it is affecting my dieting. Motivation and dedication is what I am missing.

Well I see that you haven't been recording all your foods either. If you are working out a lot it is important to increase your calories as well. I hope you find what it is you need to stick with it. Atkins does work if you let it.
