My plan is to weigh in tomorrow morning. I did really (ok relatively) well yesterday and my plan is to do as well as I can again today. I want to stay below my daily required calories. But I need to remind myself that even if the scale shows me a number I don't like, I know that I am eating healtheir. I know that I am exercising. I know that I am drinking less. I know that I am on the right track.
