Week 17. TOM is over and I'm ready to start loosing again! It is getting so easy... I never even think about having carbs or sugar. No cravings at all. Feeling really good!

I hope that's how I feel 17 weeks in. I am 2 weeks in and haven't cheated once. I know like any other addiction that if I give in to that one bite, it will all be downhill from there. And I know now that my body absolutely doesn't need it anyway. And you are right, the longer I go without it, the less I care and don't even thing about wanting carbs or sugar. It was nice to see a good, encouraging post:)

Good for you. I'm glad it's becoming second nature. When I cheat it's rarely due to cravings, it's more to frustration at not having handy my type of food. On the road and don't want to break out my knife and fork for the burger and just eat the bun out of misguided "convience". I need to fix that.

So happy to hear things are getting easier. I really do think the hardest part is the getting started. You're doing good! 13 pounds will turn to 15 then 20.. next you know you'll be over halfway there!
