I dunno what's going on :( I didn't go to the gym much last week, I think just once and a quick jog sat. BUT, did a lot of social stuff and late nights so that's prob messin with me. Maybe too many nuts too, too many carrot cake smoothies on the vitamix ;) Bikram yoga tonight and hopefully on for hockey Sunday so things are looking up.
