Brunch buffet at school + dinner out with friend = bad day today. So sore from Sunday, don't feel like going to gym, but so excited about being goal weight planning to push through it!
Edit: if I went to the gym today, I would probably injure myself. I am too sore. I will not push myself this hard next time I do strength training.
