Oats Toasted almonds Justin is hazelnut butter blueberries one egg 2 teaspoons of maple syrup up 60 g canned pumpkin I microwave before adding the nuts and Justin’s and fruit and add them as a garnish Also a dash of salt and a quarter teaspoon vanilla extract it’s extremely yummy and very satisfying
