According to calculator.net I need to consume 1773 calories per day to lose 2lbs/week...I’ll stick to a healthy 1850/day and try and lose 1 1/2 lbs/week...I like to eat and would hate to deprive myself then end up right where I left off...I look forward to sharing my journey with you all!!! I think I’m obsessed😭
