It has seemed like a slow process to break through this latest weight loss plateau but I suspect the increase in activity has lead to improvements in my fitness and gains in muscle mass. Weight is not the only metric for me, I want to be fit and active, have energy and feel good. I want to have good flexibility and ease of movement, not bogged down with grumbling aches and pains as are so many of my friends at our age. On these targets I am making good progress so a slow down in weight loss doesn’t seem so bad when you put it into the wider context. What do you think?
