Started the monthly today so this is more than likely mostly water. The bagel this morning won't help that situation in the short run, but I did go on a long walk with a friend this evening so hopefully in the next couple of days (with good behavior) it will drop back off again. As it stands right now I'm not too worried about it.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
