So tired of this...another fresh start after eating out on Saturday. Didn't do too bad Sunday. I will exercise this week!!!

Eating out isn't the problem. It's what we eat when we eat out.
I had to go to a family dinner at a Mexican restaurant last night. As hard as it was to pass up the chips and salsa, and to not eat the beans, rice, sour cream and tortilla's that came with my chicken fajita's, it was well worth it later when I knew I did the right thing.
It is really, really hard to stick with the program, but the results are well worth it.
