standing strong. this weight wont go away. if I ever get it off will I stay in weight category?

Keep it up!! Try to mix it up. Get out and walk, go to the gym and try some cardio machines. Do weights.
I know the struggle. When I get down.. I have to go on the computer and look at success stories and powerful quotes to get me going. You can do it.. and you will do it!!!
