Its the Olympics Baby!!!! They are starting today and I could not be happier.

I love fs because it really opens your eyes to certain foods. I never realized how healthy salmon and chicken were. So little fat and calories compared to the protein you get. I think I will try to make 2 chicken dishes a week and one salmon.

My new post lift obsession is protein smoothies. Soy milk, protein powder, fresh strawberries and banana. When I finish my strawberry protein powder I will move onto banana and peanut butter smoothies with vanilla protein powder.

Working out has been awesome. Eating is not bad too. Meeting my Nutritionist on the 31. I am just going to print out a month's work of fatsecret eating journals and see what she says.

Lets go team USA!!!!!

Working out is going well for me too. :) You are doing very well with your intake per day by the looks of it. I still need to get more protein, and I was planning on making chicken stuff this week too.
