I just returned from a 5 day vacation in Maine (Wells). Not the best weather as it was cool and off and on rain for 3 of the days. Had a good time anyway. Stayed on program despite eating out 3 times. Had a tuna salad plate, and the other 2 had omelets and salad. We came home on Friday and have been doing well. Have lost 15 lbs since April 9th. I can feel the difference in my clothes, and my energy.
