1967 calories yesterday. I'm supposed to be eating 1700 calories. Ahhhh!!! It is so hard. Night time is absolutely when I lose control. I know it's good that I'm keeping track of what I eat so I can see which things I need to cut out. Still, I felt that pretty much everything I ate yesterday, with the exception of that high sugar yogurt, was healthy. I guess I have to start looking at portion size.
