This one of those cases in which I'm proud of myself even though I went over my RDI. My aunt, uncle, and I went to the cheesecake factory for dinner. I limited my bread intake. I got a low calorie entrée and the low carb cheesecake. I also exercised...

I don't usually get a dessert but this was my first time eating there and we had been planning on eating there since early in the summer.

So, all in all, I was very restrained.

Very well done! It takes baby steps to learn how we ideally want to eat. And in all actuality...moderation is the key and that is what you did. Congrats! Hope you enjoyed the cheesecake!
