Valuable lesson of the day = Do NOT buy a container of Blue Diamond Almonds BOLD with wasabi and soy sauce flavoring. I have eaten all 6 ounces of nuts. So good, but I had no self-control over the serving size once the container was opened. I've logged it and used it as lunch, but still 6 oz of almonds!! That'll teach me not to do errand to the drugstore over lunch hour. Lesson learned. 100 calorie pack is the way to go.
And another valuable lesson of the day = Drink MORE water!! When in doubt I should be grabbing my water instead of the snacks.
