I'm feeling tired and bloated this week...*sigh*...
Don't know what I should be doing differently to lose these last few pounds...
I feel like I've been down around this weight before, and my body seems to want to stay here, or gain from here. I don't know if I should be working out more or eating more or eating less...
I really just want to have a nice, lazy day, where I do nothing but catnap and read...
