Wow, I am feeling wonderful. I was able to wear some clothes which have been hanging in the closet for over a year. THe wight has come off. I really try at the meal times to contain my calories. It is easy to do the diet even in this month if I was alone, but when you are preparing meals for others, it becomes difficult. I still indulge in some stuff but I try and walk to compensate.
I will try and go for a walk again today, the weather is a little milder, so hopefully it will not be too difficult.
