I gained a pound today and i feel like total crap i didnt eat anymore than i usually do and i didnt exercise any less why why why why.... this is so unfair its days like this that makes me wanna give up but i cant....... im holding back tears

Paris, weetie, please stop weighing daily and please take all of your meaurements and ue those. Sometime, you lose inches and not pounds. Water weight, and thing can wry your weight. Try weighing only once a wek and taking measurement at the same time alo. YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS> WE ARE HERE WITH YOU> WE BELIWVE IN YOU>

I agree. Hate that scale with a passion, yet I can't keep off of it. I am up and down all the time. If you are following your plan, know you didn't cheat, got your exercise in... don't sweat the scale (so easy to type, but so hard to do I know!) You CAN do this, one day at a time. It's got to be a lifestyle change.
