So in the mmorning I am not very hungry. By the time lunch gets here, I eat but only like a piece of fruit. Husband wanted pizza for dinner. I love pizza so i give in. Reluctantly but still gave in. Did eat the pizza. Had a p'zolo so good but I am not to sure how much better that was. I stay under my calorie in take today but maxed out in fat and not enough vitamins. Really gotta work on this eating right thing.
