had to take 6 year old A&E so was back late and ordered take away picked healthy choice and skipped all heavy starters and split meal so wasn't eating huge amounts. proud of myself. she's off school tomorrow so no big walk like planned but least not pigged out

I think small changes. Aiming for little and often. So today was low Cal prote in breakfast, shake, chicken salad with some new potatoes, shake and meal similar tomorrow but more veg added
