I am trying to find time to exercise. I had my heart set on exercising in the mornings, but I think doing it at night fits my schedule better and helps me keep enough energy to get things ready for the next day before I go to bed.

I am currently going to Curves first thing in the morning before work. Something tells me that once the winter months hit, I'll be going after work [I used to go to a different gym after work which I enjoyed - got the workday out of me]. Anytime is a good time to work out.

Sweetalot: I am currently going to Curves first thing in the morning before work too and don't think I'd be as enthusiastic if my girlfriend wasn't coming with me. We have to pay each other $10 if one of us doesn't go because "we don't feel like it". So far we haven't had to pay up! But you're right... we'll see how that works in the winter time.
