I am slowly moving to gluten free, will have to go slow as lactose as well doesn't help. Checking out products etc, All in Moderation. Love Mediterranean style of eating and the food.
Have to do a complete anti inflammatory diet for 14 days first and see how the body will react. Have been given a plan by my nutritionist. Told me to go slow and read first then try if I feel up to it and not to beat myself up if I make a booboo. LOL
