results: switch kicks 131 (pretty decent) power jacks 53 (not bad) power knees 86 (pretty alright) two-three minute break power jumps 37 (not so great) two-three minute break globe jumps 11 (not especially nice) two-three minute break suicide jumps 16 (pretty tolerable) push up jacks 29 (as bad as my pushups are) low plank oblique 69 (not awful)
