7/21/12 Saturday- was a MAJOR cheat day, at the lake.
7/22/12 Sunday- starts back into low carb. Day 1
150.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
