im so proud of myself im down 10 pounds in 11 days thats almost a pound a day if only it would stay that way. i been exercising much more and its getting a lil easier to do. when i entered my weight it says if i continue to lose the weight i will be at my goal in about two months that would be awesome but i know that there is no way in the world that thats gonna happen but ill continue to eat and work out like i have been because i love the results not only the number on the scale but the way i feel
