Not sure why, but I'm just craving sweets today. I'm logging it all and I exercised, but not sure why I'm reaching for sweets after I've gone so long not really craving them at all. Hmmm. Off to drink more water, maybe that will help.

eat a chocolate peanut butter nature valley pure protein bar! they are truly DELICIOUS and 10g of protein and only 190 calories; it will keep you full and satisied; trust me it's one of the best protein bars you will start craving it! I eat at least one per day and I've lost over 45 lbs! good luck with your sweet cravings!

Thank you for the tip! I'm sorry I'm just seeing your comment. I'll be on the lookout for that protein bar, I've never seen those. And awesome job on your weight loss!

I use protein suppliments to make all sorts of sweets, from ice cream to fudge. I suggest looking for a good whey protein suppliment in addition to the bars. Its a very versatile, fantastic product to have on hand. :)

Just watch out for the SUGAR! Those bars tend to be LOADED! I do Luna bars and Luna Protein bars now and then but only when I am really craving something super sweet and fruit won't cut it. Looking at today looks like you need protein to keep you full. A frozen protein shake done in a blender will do much more for you and you can make them snack or meal sized depending on the add ins. Half a frozen banana, a couple of frozen strawberries, a scoop of low carb protein powder like designer whey, and just enough water to blend it up. Potassium, vitamins and minerals and a ton of protein. All for about the same cals as that bar if you do it right and snack size. My other is to buy a blender bottle (for smooth, machine free mixing) and combine 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, one scoop of protein powder and a table spoon of fat and sugar free instant pudding mix sometimes. Shake it all up and good to go! Better yet if you use the pudding throw it in the fridge for half an hour and it will thicken up. I make these even the night before. GOOD LUCK!
