I actually started dieting on April 12th 2018. I did not start using the fatsecret app until May 1st. I entered my weight on May 1st as 175 sounds. but I actually started on April 12th and at that time on that day I weighed 182 lb. if anyone and tell me if it is possible to post your weight in the previous month (April 12th) I would love to post it.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
