Gotta step it up now. Going to start the Cooler 1 Plan tomorrow. Only going to do it for 7 days, but great kickoff to the Big Plan! Loving this eating clean. This is what makes me feel good, look good, all good. Energy, clear skin and sharp mind. Losing weight, motivation, so much more... all come from eating clean. And without sugar in my system, I feel like a different person. I can't really ask WHY DO I EAT SUGAR when I know what it does to me?? Because I smoked... for years. And did all kinds of other things... for years. This was another hurdle.
