So I have been working really hard this last week to lose weight , not with food ( I ate quite a bit more than I intended at times but it was not excessive) but with exercise. I joined a local gym to use there swimming pool and my brother has been helping me by going with me and swimming 1km every day. It was tough at first but it's gotten a lot easier now and I'm really enjoying , who doesn't like to splash around in a pool for an hour ? :)
Anyway, I cant wait to weigh myself on Thursday and check my loss, it should be higher than normal, really excited for it!
